Merchant-controlled data

Restaurants and merchants using TapTray are responsible for the menu content, operational settings, offers, booking terms, and customer-facing information they publish through the service.

Where restaurants use TapTray to collect guest details, reservation details, or order information, TapTray may process that information as part of operating the platform for the merchant.

Data retention

TapTray keeps data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain operational records, support security and dispute handling, and satisfy legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory requirements.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of data and the role of the restaurant, guest, or merchant.
