Using TapTray

TapTray provides restaurant ordering, booking, guest communication, and restaurant workflow tools. By using the service, users and merchants agree to use it lawfully and only for legitimate hospitality operations.

Use of the platform must not interfere with service operation, other users, merchants, or connected providers.

Third-party services

TapTray may integrate with third-party services, including Google Maps, Google Places, Google Pay, Google OAuth, Google Drive, and other providers.

Merchants and users must comply with the terms of those services, including Google’s additional Maps and Earth terms: Google Maps and Earth terms.

User and merchant responsibility

• Users must use TapTray only for legitimate ordering, booking, payment, restaurant, or hospitality-related use.
• Merchants are responsible for menu content, booking policies, promotions, and customer communication published through TapTray.
• Merchants must ensure compliance with applicable consumer, privacy, and payment laws in their operating regions.
• TapTray does not claim ownership of merchant content.

Service changes and availability

TapTray may update, improve, limit, or modify features, integrations, or service behavior from time to time as part of normal product operation, maintenance, security work, or provider changes.

TapTray aims to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Restriction or termination of access

TapTray may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, respond to abuse, prevent fraud, or enforce service rules.

TapTray is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
